EMULATOR is the main simulation system for standard OBDII vehicles and an essential tool for standard OBDII product development and testing. EMULATOR provides high reference value for R&D technicians developing standard OBDII products, greatly reducing the difficulty and cycle of development, and also provides reference for students and individual enthusiasts of automotive majors. It can be used as an automotive ECU simulator to deepen their understanding of automobile bus system.
Hardware parameters:
Processor: ARM Cortex-M3 kernel 32-bit processor
Display: 2.2-inch LCD color LCD display
Working voltage: 9V-15V
Operating temperature: -45℃- +85℃
Working humidity: < 60%
Product size: 125*80*32
Parameter update button (simulator button) :
• 0110 MAF -- air flow
• 0111 TP -- throttle position
• 010C RPM -- engine speed
• 010D SPD -- vehicle speed
• 0105 ECT -- coolant temperature
• 0104 LPT -- calculated load value
The above 6 main OBD parameters can be updated by the analog button and displayed on the LCD screen.
• power supply -- the power voltage supplied by the simulator
• time - the time the emulator runs after ACC is turned on, i.e 0111F,Time Since Engine Start
Fault code generation button:
DTC03 button controls the fault code of OBD 03 mode, the simulator defaults to no fault code, press once to produce a fault code,03 mode can produce up to 5 fault codes, after the detector sends 04 to clear the fault code command, the fault code will be cleared to zero.
DTC07 button controls the fault code of OBD 07 mode, the specific control method is the same as DTC03, please refer to DTC03 description.
DTC0A button controls the fault code of OBD 0A mode, and the specific control method is the same as that of DTC03, please refer to the description of DTC03.
The ACC switch:
The ACC is powered on by default, and the ACC switch is pressed once. The ACC state is opposite to the previous one, namely, it was originally ON, it was OFF after being pressed, it was OFF before being pressed, and it was ON after being pressed.
In the case of ACC ON, the status bar of the simulator shows the OBD protocol that the simulator is currently simulating
In the case of ACC OFF, the simulator status bar shows ACC OFF.
Fault code clear button:
Clear the simulator fault code, press this button, the simulator has no fault code.
Power switch:
After the power switch is pressed, the 12V power is connected, and the power is disconnected after it is bounced.
USB serial port:
USB serial port is used for internal debugging.
