Operating instruction

Before you use this product, please read this manual carefully, it will teach you the correct operation method and simple inspection and treatment essentials, in order to give full play to the good performance of the instrument rugged and durable.

Safety instructions
Warning
To avoid possible electric shock or life injury:
If the test pen is not used as instructed, the protection provided by the test pen may be affected or fail.
If the boot button light is not on, do not use it.
Before using the test pen, please test on a known live power source to ensure that the test pen is in good working condition.
When using the test pen, even if there is no sound alarm, there may still be a voltage. This test pen indicates the effective voltage when the power voltage generates a sufficient strength of electrostatic field. If the field strength is very weak, the test pencil can't detect the existence of the voltage, the existence of the voltage may be influenced by several factors, these factors include, but are not limited to: shielding wire/cable, insulating layer thickness and type, the distance from the power, completely insulators, the differences between the socket design, etc., if the product has been damaged, or not work, please do not use.
Before use, check the tip of the probe for cracking or breaking. If there is any problem, please send it to repair in time.
Do not exceed the rated voltage marked on the test pen.
Take extra care when testing ac voltages above 30 volts, as there is a risk of electric shock.
Comply with local and national safety regulations and use appropriate protective equipment as required by local and national authorities.

3. Instructions for
Power on/power off
Press the power on button, all indicator lights will be on and the buzzer will sound at the same time, then the power on button will be on and the other indicator lights will be off and enter the test state. In the boot state, press the power button, the power button indicator light off.
High and low sensitivity switching
Boot the default low sensitivity test state
Press the sensitivity switch key, when the sensitivity indicator light is on, it is the state of high sensitivity test. When off is the low sensitivity test state.
Note: high sensitivity range: 12~1000V
Low sensitivity range: 48~1000V
The flashlight
After starting up, press the function button of flashlight, the flashlight LED light at the front of the test pen is on, and press the button of flashlight again to turn off the flashlight.
Ac voltage detection
Put near the probe test pencil will light up when the ac voltage source signal, the signal intensity of the LED indicator light as the induction voltage signal strength will increase or decrease, the buzzer will be as the signal strength drops prompt faster or slower, at the same time, the induction of enough strength of the signal, will for the green light to all red lights, let users more intuitive.
Under normal circumstances, the indicator light is all red, pencil detection is the fire line; When the light turns green, the pencil detects the zero line or the ground line.
Note 1： due to the different structure of the socket, when it is not possible to distinguish the zero fire line by the color change of the indicator light, it can generally be distinguished according to the signal strength detected by the pencil.
Note 2: when the zero fire line is to be distinguished, if the zero fire line is very close, separate the two lines as far as possible. According to the truth in not separate, can be detected according to the strength of the signal to distinguish, a strong signal is a fire line, weak signal is zero line.
Automatic shutdown
After about 5 minutes without any induction signal or operation, the test pen will automatically shut down to extend the battery life.
Under voltage prompt
When the battery voltage falls below about 2.5 volts, the indicator light of the starting button of the test pen will turn off automatically after flashing twice. When there is an under voltage prompt, please timely replace the battery.

5. The battery replacement
Rotate the battery cover as shown below, then take out the old battery and load the new battery according to the positive and negative instructions of the battery.
